Best Framing Nailer

I just got a job to frame out a basement in metal studs. I am young never used metal studs I have always done custom housing all wood frame. I have done many many basements and never done metal. So basically I am asking for a quick crash course, inmetal studs for the basement. I have a basic idea. just looking for quick tips and major concepts. What do I use for the bottom plate for moisture. Not a flood worry, just basic moisture you know do I use green plate any moisture barrier anything. Oh yea i am thinking of the trim should i use a wood bottom plate under the track for trim purposes so i have that nailer. Also he wants a drop cieling how do i do that basically out of metal studs or do i use wood or just a just fir it down with 2 by 2 or what I am just gonna box in the steel is that possible in steel well i am sure it is but how? Please help me all help is greatly appreciated.

I just bought some brand new air nailers but the thing didnt come with a manual. it came with some oil and theres a little sticker on each gun (3 1/2" framing nailer, 2 1/2" finish nailer, 1 1/4" brad nailer) that says to oil it everyday. theyre campbell hausfeld brand . i cant find a spot to actually put oil in either. where do i put this oil, how much of it, and how often? and do they come pre oiled or should i refrain from using them before oiling them?

We are framing in some rooms in an unfinished basement. My husband has done this professionally and wants to find a compressor and nailer to make the work faster, but he has only used professional ones at the work site. We need to know what size and power we would need for one/possibly two nailers to run simultaneously on a diy project. Also, what are some good brands? Thanks!

I know I will have some use for a brad nailer/finish nailer. some for dusting. not going to use any wrench tool. Framing maybe.

i have an air nailer that is leaking in the rear of the unit (near the exhaust) there is a gasket there, that is a bit damaged. i was just wondering if i could use some silicone gasket maker to fill the space. or can someone point me in the direction of a place that sells gaskets? it is a central pneumatic framing nailer, btw. thanks!

do i need to buy an air compressor more than 100psi? or is 115 recommended.
